Description

SC_alt_doc::getLanguages retrieves deleted pages_language_overlay records too

as a result lang selector being rendered on pages where there is no currently alt lang specified (where alt lang have been deleted)

also there is no check if root sys_language is deleted

(issue imported from #M12106)

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
