Description for extList_FE is missing

Description
Problem:
If the new parameter extList_FE has been added to localconf.php by the extension manager this parameter shows up in the "all configuration" section of the install tool. But since it is not added to config_default.php it has no description.
Solution:
add extList_FE with a description to config_default.php

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
