Update to 4.3.5 causes many apache2 processes.

Description

After updating to 4.3.5, suddenly lots of apache2 processes appear in "top". The website gets slower and slower. Reverting to 4.3.4 solves this problem.

This issue may be closed. Seems to be fixed in newer versions.
