Description

Created an ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL from [user settings/admin functions]. The file remains there for one day now. I deleted that manually by ftp.

This is not a problem. The Install Tool checks the file age, which must be < 1 hour. If the file is older, the Install Tool cannot be unlocked even if this file exists.
