Description

If you use horizontal rulers in htmlarearte there are several bugs.
first bug is, that it is not correctly saved to db.
second bug is, that it is not correct rendered by csc, even if corrected manually in db.

Probably, if i would have some spare time these days, i will add some more explanation, and, so god will, i could fix the problem
