File list cancel button does not respect returnUrl

Description

If you call file_edit.php from any script like
file_edit.php?target=[filepath]&returnUrl=[returnUrl]

only the save buttons lead to redirect to the returnUrl, the cancel button makes a call to
top.goToModule("file_list");

Solution:
When returnUrl exist make the redirect.

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
