RTE htmlarea 1.8.6: no context menu on editing text

Description
RTE htmlarea doesn't show a specific RTE right-click context menu like in earlier versions. It displays the browsers default right click context menu instead.
Been checking this in a older Typo3 installation (4.1.7). The RTE context menu displays as usual. This cross-checked with most recent browsers.
Typo3 4.3.1
Any Browser (most recent Firefox, IE etc.)

Does it work, if you change the language for the user to English?
And does the context menu at the page tree appear (without changing the language)?
If so, this seems to be the same as #13188.

Yep, you're right. That's it. We can follow this on the path 13188.
It's sometimes difficult to find the accurate keywords when looking if the same problem is already reported.

Especially: Which charsets do you use in the BE?

TYPO3 4.3.1 was released with version 1.8.7 of the RTE, not 1.8.6.
Please confirm that this is fixed in TYPO3 4.3.1.
