Clickmenu for files in File List no longer shows up

Description

After upgrading to 4.3.1 the clickmenu for files no longer appears. The page tree shows the menu but for files in the right pane there is no clickmenu. Since in extended view there is no delete option, it is now not possible for me to delete files thriugh TYPO3's BE.

No Javascript errors are given.

This occurs in IE8 and Firefox 3.6

Can't reproduce in FF 3.6

Did you try to clear your browser cache?
Have you tried a different 4.3.1 installation?

You don't use DAM, don't you?

I have found the cause of this... it was caused by the extension kb_unpack. It uses deprecated PHP functions and was causing exceptions which stopped the generation of the clickmenu.
