Driver dropdown in install tool should be hidden when only MySQL is available

Description

When PHP supports PDO but only has mysql driver, the driver dropdown is shown in Install Tool although there is no point showing it as it is standard to have MySQL as DBMS.

If sole driver is not MySQL (for instance Oracle), then the driver dropdown should be kept.
