Description
Currently prototype is loaded by a <script> tag in the HTML template of the login screen.
To use t3lib_compressor (and so the same file as later after login), we have to load it through the PageRenderer.
Patch does the same for scriptaculous, to have it in cache.
Patch follows as soon as #22602 is comitted, as they change the same lines.
