Description

The attached patch fixes various small styling issues such as positionning of icons on toolbar buttons and on context menu entries, size of toolbar buttons in Opera, flickers in the context menu, height of toolbar buttons compared to height of combo boxes, etc.

Depending on configuration, toolbar elements may not wrap correctly in multi-line toolbar.

Further fixes required following new BE skin.

Little glitches, mainly with positioning of the combo box triggers in the ttolbar.

Also replacing the help icon to match the icon used in new BE,
