If I call class.tslib_content.php -> tslib_cObj::sendNotifyEmail with empty $recipients and empty $cc the method returns "true" though no email was sent.

Hi,
as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
