Description

The code in t3lib_befunc.php->helpTextIcon() renders the following code
--------
<a class="typo3-csh-link" href="#" onclick"$link">
<span>...</span>
<div>...</div>
</a>
--------
which is of course not valide. As the href is not used, it could be also transformed to a div.

Hi,

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
