Description

Currently a message is shown to inform user that whenever s/he runs PostgreSQL, s/he should execute some queries to create compatibility functions.

If DBAL is already configured, the message should be DBMS-related.

Hi,

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.1.7)?
