"Create new element"-Button leads to empty site/ site not found - error

Description
Tested by me in Firefox 3.6, Opera 10.61 and Google Chrome 5.x and by a customer in IE 8.
Opera reports "http://www.mydomain.de/typo3conf/ext/templavoila/mod1/db_new_content_el.php?id=191&parentRecord=pages%3A191%3AsDEF%3AlDEF%3Afield_main%3AvDEF%3A0 is not reachable".
I played around with the parameters an got this issue when i add an id > 0.
With no id, an empty id, an alphanumerical id or id=0 i get a page named "New content element" only with the heading.
This issue appear in the tamplavoila module and in the common page module

Hi,
as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
