htmlArea RTE: Safari does not support WISIWYG editing on iPad

Description

The htmlarea wont trigger the on screen keyboard on the iPad Safari browser, therefore leading to not be able to edit text using the iPad in WISIWYG mode (it works when switching to HTML view).

wysiwyg editing is not supported by Safari on IPhone and iPad. I guess the RTE should be disabled on these devices when Safari is the browser.

I read somewhere that wysiwyg editing may work on iPad with browser iCab. If you decide to try it, please report your experience here.

The attached patch disables the RTE in WebKit browsers on iPad, iPhone and iPod.
