Description

When I insert a non-breaking space ( ) with the Insert Special Character module of the rtehtmlarea it insert   but should insert  

When we save everything seems fine but in FE it display the html code  

(issue imported from #M15797)

Not so in Webkit or Opera. Looks like a Firefox bug. Attached patch works around it.
