Content element insert records gets wrapped two times

Description
tt_content.stdWrap.innerWrap is/can be used to define wraps around content elements. When a content element is inserted via "insert records", the wrap will be added twice.
I think the default tt_content should be changed so that content elements of the type insert-records will not get a wrap themselves - only the wrap of the content-element that is referenced should be rendered.

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?

Yes the problem still exists in TYPO3 6.1
So the ticket should be re-opened
