Although declared as fixed as per #0012498 , this bug still occurs.
I would reopen that bug, but it isn't possible for me.
See #0012498 for a fix.

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
