Dynamic RTE (tiny RTE) load in IRRE record

Description

With the default configuration the RTE didn't load at all in the IRRE records.

I did applied the patch file "typo3core_bugfix_15622_trunk.patch" provided here #23492.

This patch have a positive effect : the RTE is now loadind in the IRRE record. But only if the fields of that record are simultaneously loaded with the parent record.

If i add a new IRRE record, or change to a collapsed record, the RTE is not loaded in that new opened record.
