Description

One part of the current TypoScript tuning process is to add missing stdWrap functions to existing content elements and optimize the current usage of stdWrap functions.

The attached patch will improve the element TEXT by

optimizing its stdWrap usage.

stdWrap will only get called when there is at least one other parameter besides "value".
