The attached patch makes the content of jsFooterInline and jsFooterLibs variables available to the hook render-preProcess in t3lib_pageRenderer.

Wow, this process doesn't exactly help to further community participation. Subscribing to a mailing list, copying the information from the bug report verbatim into a mail, attaching a file that's already stored in the bugtracker, digging through SVN to find branches that might be relevant to the bugfix...

But anyway, RFC is posted.
