There is an problem with TCAdefaults in Page TS

When i set TCAdefaults.tx_cal_event.category_id = 1
and/or TCAdefaults.tt_news.category = 2

in page TS, and logged in as admin, the default category is set when a new dataset ist created..

If a different user, without admin rights, wants to create a dataset, the category isn't set automatically.

In older Versions, i've tested it with 4.2.6 it works fine.
