In the user settings module, saving form data is not possible if simulate user option is used.

Description
Installed TYPO3 4.5 beta 4 Introduction package, installed "spanish" translation of extensions.
Then go to "User Settings" -> "Admin Functions" -> "simulate backend user" select "simple Editor". After that go to "Personal Data" changed "name" and "Language" (to Spanish) click on "Save configuration" following message appears and the form is not saved:
"Validating the security token of this form has failed. Please reload the form and submit it again."

The patch solved the problem. Thanks Helmut, btw you were faster looking and solving the issue than me testing it, embarrassing.
