Description
When removing extensions, sometimes comes the dialog to clear the cache:
Clear cache
This extension requests the cache to be cleared when it is installed/removed.
Clear all cache: [x]
[Remove Extension]
When I press the button, the extension manager is shown in the dialog (very small) and the extension is still active.

This is partly a duplicate of issue #24746 - workspaces and version extension cannot be uninstalled there
