Description
With the new workspace migration wizard, it is not possible to skip installation of extensions "version" and "workspaces" as it was with the old "install versioning" wizard.
I propose to add a check: if neither "version" nor "workspaces" are installed, it means we're facing an installation with no versioning whatsoever. In such a case we should display a checkbox that allows the user to skip this wizard entirely.
Of course a wizard can always be skipped, but this may not be obvious to many users, especially now that we have buttons to move to the next wizard.
