Old Contextmenu: Partly broken - Mount as TreeRoot / Hide / Unhide / Delete

Description
Problem:
Currently the context menu options above are partly broken. The three last ones are refreshing the pagetree too fast and the first one completely doesn't work.
Solution:
Add a delay to the tree refreshing feature to increase the possibility that the page is deleted/enabled/disabled before the node is refreshed.
Also the mount as tree root feature javascript call was rewritten to use the new methods of the pagetree.
Note:
The solution looks like a hack and in fact it is an hack, but it works in most situations. We can drop this feature if you prefer an broken old context menu or let's add it and finally replace the old context menu in 4.6.

We have a clickmenu in DAM whose "delete record" item is broken in 4.5. Could it be in relation with that issue or does it only affect the original TYPO3 pagetree?
If you want to test: It's in dam_catedit in the context menu of the category tree.

Lorenz, I think it has nothing to do with your dam_cat problem - at least it doesn't help. But in this case, just nothing happens, when I click the menu entry.
