Description

Clicking "retrieve/update" in new EM fills the error log with errors like this:

PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/_USR_DEV/rupi/tt_news_dev/typo3_src-4.x/typo3/sysext/em/classes/connection/class.tx_em_connection_extdirectserver.php line 163

delete the file 1.extensions.xml.gz from typo3temp/ dir and hit the "retrieve/update" button in new EM.

(of course error logging must be enabled in localconf.php)

(issue imported from #M17392)

Hi,

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.1.7)?
