Description

The Parsetime comment is inserted BEFORE the DOCTYPE and the html tag. It is inserted on line 2 of the source code. Firefox, Safari, Chrome and validator.w3.org doesn't seem to care about this but Internet Explorer 8 does. It destroys the whole page.
