Description
Installing 4.5.0 introduction package the extension list ist empty at first.
Importing the extensionslist with the new extension manager seems to work - but afterwards no extension can be imported (md5 hash mismatch).
Extension-Import/Install does not work in new as well as old ExtMgr.
If you do an list-import with the old ExtMgr, both new and old ExtMgr importing/installing new Extensions work fine.
