Description
As typolink calls in tslib_menu never set the parameter "useCacheHash", chash are never generated, so linkVars are never "chashed" correctly.
From my point of views there's a few "light" solutions :- add a parameter to menu items in order to be able to set the "useCacheHash" value
- always set useCachehash value to true in menus
- modify typolink function in order to set useCacheHash default value to true
