When I use Filelist to cut and paste a JPG or PDF file in another directory then after clicking on "paste into" the following javascript error appears.
Happens in IE 8 and FF 3.6.15

Please remove the files in the folder typo3temp/compressor and the temp files in typo3conf/.
Is the error still present then?

What happens if I delete all files in typo3conf?
Updated by Chris topher over 13 years ago
When you delete all files in typo3conf/, your installation will be broken. :-)
Read exactly: You should only delete the temporary files there, that is the ones beginning with temp_cached...
They will be recreated automatically.

Hi,
as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.3)?
