If only list module is visible for backend user, backend is loaded again and again and again

Description

Scenario: a backend user which is only allowed to edit news records. He only needs module list - all other modules are invisible for him.

If this user logs in, left column ist loaded correctly. After a few seconds the left column is shown again in right column. After another few seconds the left column is shown again in right columns... - see attached screenshot.

If I make module page visible for the backend user, the backend is loaded correctly.

Tested in Firefox 3.6.15 and IE8 with TYPO3 4.4.4 and 4.4.7.

Hi,

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.3)?

I remember this problem. I have updates the corresponding website long time ago to 4.5. I have testet it again today - the problem seems to be solved.
