IE 7 has an error with t3editor

Description
IE 7 shows the t3editor nearly correct, without the missing linenumbers. I got this errorlog at the t3editor.
- By the way ... could someone add rc1 to the product versions? ###

can you reproduce this in the final release?

Hey Tobias,
the bug in the ie7 is now gone since i upgraded to the 4.2 rc2 / final. But the IE8 is still a bit buggy.
i added one screenshots (bug_ie8). The first is the display in the IE8.
This is the errormessage of the IE8:

IE 8 issues are not yet solved (see #8030).
i would say IE8 is no yet supported. maybe we can do this for the next release
