Description

As prerequisite for #22408 we need some helper functions for easier handling of $TCA -

t3lib_utility_Array::insertIntoArrayAtSpecifiedPosition --> allows to add subarrays at a position specified by before:value after:value or replace:value --> if no position was specified the element gets added at the end of the array

t3lib_utility_Array::recursiveArraySearch --> allows to recursively search in an array for a value. The key for the first found value is returned.
