Disabled empty "number of days" field in table garbage collection scheduler task

Description
The field "number of days" stays disabled after unchecking the checkbox for all tables if it has the value "0", even if the current table would have a default value for this field. So there is no possibility to change the number of days after unchecking the checkbox for all tables.
