Description
To focus the admin's attention to security it is neccessary to add a note about security measures to certain places, starting with INSTALL.txt. It may also / alternatively be good to have a document named SECURITY.txt in which the admin can read the first steps after installing, the major concerns regarding securing TYPO3, and weblinks for further reading.
