The field Extension loaded is alwys yes, even if the extension is not installed.

The problem turns out to be an easy one: It is just the css, that makes the label column to small.
The correct reading is: Loaded in frontend: yes.

Setting .em-extlist-extinfo label, .em-info label { width:200px;} makes it easier readable again.
