Description
When using ext_typoscript_constants.txt in my own extensions, they have to be encoded as ANSI file not UTF8. When encoded in UTF8, the Template Analyzer / Object Browser will show errors and the constants will not show up in the constant editor. (TYPO3 4.5.7, PHP 5.3.3, Apache/2.2.15)
It might be a problem with the curly brackets (open bracket error) or the line breaks in the UTF8 encoded file (bad character error).
