RTE: Changing the text color to black does not work

Description

I want to use the colorpicker in the RTE. My css settings are based on a white background with a default text-font as dark-blue.

When i try to set a part of the text to 'black' (#000000) it does not work. It resets the selected element, thinking of the defaultcolor was set to black.

I hoped it would be fixed with the mainStyle_color, but unfortunatly it isnt.
(RTE.default.mainStyle_color = #022749)

I cannot find a place in the javascript of the core where this need to be fixed, can anyone of you please have a look?
