when a page is being edited by a user, the other users, even the admin, cannot see or expand the page (if the page is the root page all site tree is hidden). if the page is a mount page, it appears but it's still not expandable.
occurs only with IE6,7 and 8 (IE9 not tested).
work fine with chrome, opera, firefox

New implementation on 4.7 works.
