I would expect, that the Option enableByTypeConfig makes it possible to enable wizards in palettes as well as in the type section.

please close for now, can't remember the problem anymore, IMHO it's currently needed to do nearly similar palettes 2 times, but that's faster than having the whole checks in there ....
