Progress bar should be replaced with some kind fo animated spinner

Description
The Progress bar used in the BE is really useless as it doesn't actually show the progress... it just shows activity... so that a user knows that TYPO3 is doing something. It often gets to 100% an dthen starts over again.
I think this should be replaced with some kind of spinner, or justa bar where the animation goes back and forth to show that it indicates activity and not overall progress.

Can you be a bit more specific? Which progress bars need to change? For example, the progress bar in the translation check in the Extension Manager shows the real progress, including a percentage.

Sorry, I mean the progress bar in the extension manager.

In newer TYPO3 CMS versions, the extension manager uses a spinner, so is this issue fixed for you?
