I get this error when installing the Goverment Package with the new Extension Manager:
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/typo3.dev/Core/typo3/sysext/extensionmanager/classes/connection/class.tx_em_connection_extdirectserver.php' (include_path='C:/wamp/www/typo3.dev/Core/typo3/contrib/pear/;.;C:\php\pear') in C:\wamp\www\typo3.dev\Core\typo3conf\ext\government\Classes\Import\Extension.php on line 32
