Description

Remove the module Open Documents in the Module Menu. The access is normally done via the toolbar item fly-out navigation. The toolbar item is good and should not be changed.

The module is hidden by default and has several bugs:

  • Edit document from module, saving/closing does to return to Open Documents module
  • Click on module with only one open document does not show listing (not a feature)
  • Closing document button does not work
  • Does not comply with the backend layout conventions: missing DocHeader, missing headline, missing sections

I totally agree... The module needs to be enabled in the extension manager configuration.
Personally I never used that one (only the toolbar item) and it looks like it has not been touched for ages...

So, I'm fine with removing the module and keep the toolbar item - as you suggested.

Looks like this currently
