Description
If you enter an email/user, to get a new password which is not found, you get a confusing message:
"An email has been sent to the address stored in your account and contains a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, your account or email address was not found."
In my opinion 2 differnet messages would be better.
On success:
"An email has been sent to the address stored in your account and contains a link to reset your password."
If email/user not found:
"your account or email address was not found."
Check diff for my suggestion of this little feature.

...we are targeting the version 4.5 instead 4.7, thats why I added the request again.
see it as a backport for LTS ;)
