Bug #23199

Description
If I type a username that does exist, the plugin tells me that the mail has been sent and everything was fine. This is not very userfriendly, because the user might have a typo in his input and will not be told so. It would be nic, and pretty easy btw, to print an error message when no matching user has been found.
Otherwise the user may wait for an email that has never been sent to him. (but told so)
