Description

All the checks that have been done in t3lib_basicFileFunctions:: have to ge reimplemented on storage level especially t3lib_basicFileFunctions::checkPathAgainstMounts

Without that, any editor would be allowed to edit any file in the system, which is pretty bad ;)
