Description

How to reproduce:
1) Open (new) Extension Manager
2) Use 'Configure' action for saltedpasswords extension to open configuration
3) Fails with error:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/.../typo3/sysext/saltedpasswords/classes/class.tx_saltedpasswords_emconfhelper.php' (include_path='/.../typo3/contrib/pear/:.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /.../typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Utility/GeneralUtility.php on line 4376

Problem:
Pathes in typo3/sysext/saltedpasswords/ext_conf_template.txt are wrong.

How to solve:
Adjust pathes in typo3/sysext/saltedpasswords/ext_conf_template.txt to moved and namespaced classes (http://forge.typo3.org/issues/40096).
