The old table name 'sys_language_overlay' is used on multiple places which should be replaced by 'pages_language_overlay'

Description
Because of the issue #49992 I came to the conclusion the transformation from table name 'sys_language_overlay' to 'pages_language_overlay' was never implemented completely. I've tried to find the commit where this change was done, but could not go back further than October 2003, where 'pages_language_overlay' was used already.
There are TCA references, queries and other table relations in the extensions 'frontend' and 'workspaces'.
